Terms of Use

1. The service

Roomly lets you photograph a room and receive AI-generated redesigns of that room, along with related editing tools and a gallery of your designs. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Your account

You can use Roomly anonymously or sign in with Apple, Google or an email link. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Roomly.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them, and to create designs from them, only to provide the service to you.

You must only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people's homes without permission, or content that is illegal, sexual, violent or infringes anyone's rights. We may block uploads that our safety checks flag.

Subject to these Terms, you may save, use and share the designs Roomly creates for you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Roomly in violation of any law or anyone's rights.
• Access the service through anything other than the official Roomly apps, including bots, scripts or modified clients.
• Reverse engineer the app, or try to extract its source code, keys or credentials.
• Interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Misuse credits, trials or promotions.

5. AI-generated designs

Designs are generated by AI and are provided for inspiration. They may contain inaccuracies, and furniture, materials, dimensions and colours shown may not exist or may not fit your space. Check measurements, building regulations and product details before buying anything or starting work. Designs are not professional architectural, structural or safety advice.

6. Subscriptions

• Roomly offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Available plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

7. Credits

Some features use credits, which come with a subscription or can be bought in packs. The app shows the cost before you start. If a design fails, the credits reserved for it are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire if the app says so at purchase.

8. Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. We cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests must be made to the store you bought from and are handled under that store's policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Roomly app, its design, styles catalogue, software and trademarks belong to Bridge Softwares OÜ and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the app.

10. Third-party services

Roomly relies on services from Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat and others, which have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is shared with them.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Roomly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any design will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made or purchases based on a design. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

You can stop using Roomly and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use Roomly after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
